Deirdre founded 7 Rubies in 2023
Her background in recruiting, creative project management, and executive support equipped her with a keen eye for spotting talent, and implementing efficient processes that scale, and ignited a passion for delivering stunning work for clients.
Deirdre was previously the managing director at Katama Consulting Group where she was responsible for strategy, business development, and client relations. She’s also worked as an executive assistant and creative project manager at Wayfair.
She is energetic, honest, a fan of retro-inspired fashion, and, you guessed it; disco balls.
